Was ready to come home to be ridden by the kids after only two weeks.

Reg. Australian Stud Saddle Pony Foundation Mare - Sire and Dam unknown
Minny was first purchased by the stud as the 'magic' pony that was going to teach the youngest members of the family to ride - a job she was very well suited to and enjoyed thoroughly.
After her riders outgrew her she was retired to stud and has bred very successfully with our resident stallion Matitojo Sherzawn, producing to date some wonderful ponies - M. Sherski (NSW), M. Sherzac (palomino gelding unfortunately lost due to snake bite), M. Minyana (S.A.),
M. Shazmin (Vic), M. Sherzinya (Vic), M. Tristan (owned by stud) and M. Shermiah, to be retained by the stud.
Minny is pictured (looking suitably embarassed!) taking part in the Bendigo Easter Parade where her and her handlers were awarded with the best animal exhibit!
MITHRIL MOOD INDIGO
Indy is registered Welsh B, Foundation mare ASSPS and 1st Premium mare with the ASPR. She is by one of the stud's favourite stallions for breeding excellent temp. and brilliant movement, "Owendale Brandyman".
A superbly athletic jumper (5 tyres high plus rail) on the lunge; she is a much valued dam of future performance and show ponies.

ELKEN HONEY
Honey (Reg. Palomino, Welsh B and ASSPS Foundation Mare) was purchased by the stud to introduce some smaller height into our breed.
She is by the renowned performance pony producer, Fairway Skyline and has bred several foals to date with huge jumping ability.
Honey has just foaled a very pretty palomino colt by our resident stallion - pictured right & below.
TREASURED REGINA
Reggie is a 5 year old New Forest/Thoroughbred cross
mare, leased by the stud to breed a more purpose bred
sport pony. She has the most delightful temperament
and an extremely trainable mare.
She is by the New Forest stallion, Kapeta Faro. Her first foal for us is Matitojo Regalia - chestnut gelding pictured below. Reggie has recently foaled a lovely palomino filly 'Matitojo Regan' by the studs resident stallion, Matitojo Sherzawn.

MATITOJO DAWNIES GIRL
Our multi champion show and dressage pony mare, Dawnie finally gets to grace the stud mare page!

After several unsuccessful tries at AI, Dawnie finally went in foal (a la' naturale!) to our resident stallion.
Pictured below is her first foal born in 2006, Matitojo Delta Dawn. She is shortly due to deliver a full sibling.
